Refunds are offered if:

• A trade fails due to our platform’s error.
• Items received differ from the agreed specifications.

2. Refund Process

Request a refund within 7 days via support@cs2vre.sbs. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for user errors, such as incorrect Trade URLs or item details.
